Patrick Thompson is a Technical Services Manager at PTW since February 2022, responsible for the installation and training of hardware and software for the PTW Water Phantom (MP and BeamScan series) at customer sites, along with providing ongoing customer support via email and phone. Prior to this role, Patrick served as a Field Services Engineer at IBA Dosimetry America Inc from June 2015 to February 2022. Patrick is currently pursuing a degree in IT Project Management and IT Infrastructure at Strayer University, expected to be completed in 2023, and holds an Associate's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Southwest Tennessee Community College, earned between 1991 and 1994.
