Saad Shah is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Senior Director of M&A at PTT Global Chemical Public Company Limited since September 2020, focusing on the international expansion of specialty chemicals. Prior experience includes a Director and Vice President role in Energy & Infrastructure Investment Banking at Credit Suisse from September 2016 to September 2020. Saad began a career in private equity as an Associate at CCMP Capital Advisors, LLC, from November 2013 to September 2016, after working in Energy Mergers & Acquisitions at Wells Fargo Securities as both an Associate and Analyst from March 2011 to October 2013. Saad's early career included an Analyst position at Highland Capital Management, L.P., specializing in restructuring and distressed private equity from October 2009 to March 2011. Saad holds a B.S. in Finance and Accounting, with a double major from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas, completed in 2009.
