Chitlada Lertsapavatham possesses extensive experience in recruitment and human resources, currently serving as Division Manager - Recruitment at PTT Global Chemical Public Company Limited since April 2016. Prior to this role, Chitlada held various recruitment positions at Pacific 2000 International Recruitment, including Director and Manager, from 2010 to March 2016. Additional experience includes serving as Assistant Manager - Human Resources at adidas (Thailand) from 2008 to 2009 and Assistant Manager - Recruitment at Krungthai-AXA Life Insurance from 2006 to 2008. Chitlada started a career in recruitment as a Recruitment Executive at Pacific 2000 International Recruitments from 2000 to 2006 and began in the hospitality industry as Sales Secretary at Four Seasons Hotels, Bangkok, from 1998 to 2000. Chitlada holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from Chulalongkorn University and a Bachelor of Arts from Assumption University.
