Naruchol Pat P. has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Naruchol Pat began their career in 2001 as a Technical Sales Representative at F.E. Zuellig (Thailand) Co. LTD. Naruchol Pat then worked as a Process Engineer at ECN from 2004 to 2005 before moving to CB&I Lummus BV as a Process Engineer from 2005 to 2009. In 2010, they joined the Asian Development Bank (ADB) as a Young Professional (Energy) before transitioning to Momentive Speciality Chemicals Inc. (now Hexion) as a Senior Process Technologist from 2011 to 2014.

Since 2014, Naruchol has been working at PTTEP. Naruchol Pat started as an Asset Planning Engineer responsible for work program and budgeting, capital budgeting, and various planning tasks. Naruchol Pat then became a Reservoir Engineer from 2017 to 2018. Following that, they worked as a Coordinator in Strategy and Planning from 2019 to 2019, and an Analyst in Technology and Innovation Strategy from 2019 to 2022. From 2020 to 2022, they served as Project Manager for the Green Buoy for Blue Ocean Project, involved in the development of a smart monitoring buoy and Wave Energy Convertor. Later, they became the Energy Transition Lead (CO2 Utilization) from 2022 to 2023, and currently holds the position of Business Lead for CO2 Utilization and Low Carbon Fuel since 2023.

Naruchol Pat P. has demonstrated expertise in various sectors including sales, process engineering, sustainability, energy, and strategy.

Naruchol Pat P. obtained a B.Sc. in Industrial Chemistry from King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang from 1996 to 2000. Following that, they pursued an MS in Chemical engineering from the University of Amsterdam, completing it in the years 2001 to 2003. Lastly, Naruchol completed a P.D. Eng in Process Technology from Delft University of Technology from 2003 to 2005.
