Tushar Lohia has a strong and diverse work experience. Tushar started their career at PNB MetLife India Insurance Co. Ltd in 2004 as a Sales Manager and worked their way up to become a Senior Sales Manager. In 2008, they founded Trade & Trades and Star Finance, where they served as the Founder and CEO. In this role, they were responsible for strategic planning, financial management consulting, and business process streamlining. Since 2019, Tushar has been working at PTS Consulting Services, initially joining as the India Head of Operations and CEO and later being promoted to the position of Global COO. In this role, they drive high-impact operations and programs, collaborates with clients and partners, and establishes innovative approaches aligned with operational SLAs and project goals.

Tushar Lohia pursued their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Accounting and Finance from Careers for Kolkata Freshers, from 2000 to 2003.
