Currently, as the Director of Concierge Services at PTL Events since January 2017, Luke Martens has demonstrated expertise in managing customer service operations and enhancing client experiences. Prior to this role, Luke Martens worked as an Assistant Manager at Starbucks from August 2011 to May 2013, where responsibilities included overseeing daily operations and facilitating team performance.
