Pancho Hall's work experience begins in 1985, where they held various positions at AT&T and General Motors, including Staff Director. Pancho then joined Pepsi Co in 1993 as a VP General Manager, overseeing teams in different regions and achieving nationally leading performance. In 2006, Hall joined T-Mobile as a Senior Vice President, responsible for the Central US region. Pancho later became the Vice President of Retail & Retail Partner Sales, where they achieved #1 overall regional retail sales performance. In 2013, Hall became the Chief Sales Officer & SVP at Constellation, leading their B2B efforts. Pancho then moved to TAG Holdings, LLC in 2016, where they served as the Chief Operations Officer & Group President. Currently, Hall is the CEO and Chairman of P & THE Holding, LLC, an organization focused on manufacturing and technology businesses.

Pancho Hall obtained their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Plant from Kettering University (formerly known as General Motors Institute) between the years 1978 and 1983. Pancho then pursued a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Michigan from 1983 to 1985. Later, they enrolled at the University of Chicago and completed their MBA degree in Finance & Business from 1986 to 1987.
