Tobias Broda is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the technology sector, currently serving as Senior Vice President - EMEA Counsel at PTC since 2004. Prior to this role, Tobias worked as a lawyer at Hogan Lovells from 2001 to 2004. Educationally, Tobias holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in IT & IP Law from the European Legal Informatics Study Programme, completed between 1999 and 2000, and a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from Leibniz Universität Hannover, where studies were completed in 1999. Additionally, Tobias obtained a State Exam in Law from Leibniz Universität Hannover in 1996.
