Hendra Nurcahyo Prabowo Kusumo has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR Supervisor for Recruitment, Training & Development at PT Trihamas Finance since August 2010. Responsibilities include overseeing recruitment needs for both central and branch offices, selecting candidates, conducting internal training on hard and soft skills, and assessing senior employees for career development. Previously, Hendra worked as Recruitment & Training Staff at PT MULTINDO AUTO FINANCE from August 2005 to July 2010, where duties involved data tracking for employee needs, facilitating training sessions, and serving as a motivational trainer. Hendra holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universitas Persada Indonesia 'YAI'​, obtained between 1998 and 2004, and completed secondary education at SMU 2 Tangerang.
