He has been Sharia Advisory Council of the Company since 2013 and currently acts as vice chairman of the BPH National Sharia Board, Member of the Sharia Accountant Standardization Council (KAS) – IAI (2006), and lecturer at Sharia and Law Faculty of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. He graduate with a Bachelor of Islamic Law in 1989, a Master of Islamic Law in 1997, and a Doctorate in Sharia Studies from UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta.
