Tsania Givaaffina is a Civil Engineering graduate from the University of Brawijaya, holding a Bachelor of Engineering degree. From February 2019 to March 2022, Tsania served as the Head of the Finance Division in the AmerA Department at Himpunan Mahasiswa Sipil UB, managing budget estimates and financial flows for over 10 competitions aimed at supporting Civil Engineering students. Tsania's experience includes roles such as a Surveyor at PT. Hirfi Studio, conducting traffic studies for the Pasuruan-Probolinggo Toll Road, and as a Civil Engineering Intern at PT. Permata-Yodya, working on the construction of a Regional Public Hospital. Additional roles include facilitating the Student Creativity Program and various positions related to event organization and secretarial duties, showcasing strong leadership and organizational skills throughout the academic and early professional career.
