Reza Topobroto has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of legal and compliance. Reza began their career as a Junior Associate at Soebagjo Jatim Djarot, followed by roles as an Associate at Sulistio Anggraeni & Associates and M Lutfhie Hakim & Partners. Reza then worked as a Senior Associate at Roosdiono & Partners affiliated with ZICO Law before joining Procter & Gamble as a Country Corporate Legal Manager for Indonesia. During their time at Procter & Gamble, they also served as a Legal Counsel for Femcare & Baby Care Marketing in the AAI region. Reza went on to work at Mondelēz International as the Head of Legal for Mondelez Indonesia and Legal Counsel for Asia Pacific Procurement. Reza then joined Microsoft Indonesia, initially as the Director of Legal Affairs and later as the Director of Corporate, External & Legal Affairs. Reza's next role was as the SVP Senior Legal Advisor to CEO at Indosat Ooredoo, where they led the transformation of the Legal, Regulatory, and Government Relations function. Most recently, they have been working at Jameson Legal Tech as a Business Development Advisor for the South East Asia Market. Reza is currently serving as the General Counsel and VP Legal & Compliance at PT. Sigma Cipta Caraka (Telkomsigma), leading a team of in-house lawyers and overseeing corporate legal, commercial legal, and dispute management departments. Reza is also responsible for transforming the Legal & Compliance team's working culture and processes.

Reza Topobroto completed their Bachelor of Law degree from Universitas Trisakti in 1997. Reza later pursued a Master of Laws (LLM) from Monash University in 2004. In their earlier education, they studied Physics at SMA N 82 Jakarta from 1989 to 1992. Reza also holds additional certifications, including Corporate Counsel Management Training from the Institute of Knowledge Development in 2009 and a Legal Practice License from PERADI.
