Fidiya Sugiarta is an experienced professional in the field of training and people development, currently serving as a Regional Trainer at PT. Richeese Kuliner Indonesia since December 2016. Prior to this role, Fidiya worked in people development at PT. Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya from March 2013 to June 2016. Fidiya holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Muhammadiyah Malang, obtained between 2008 and 2012.
