Reyvaldi Sudinata has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Reyvaldi started their career as a Research Assistant at the National Center for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology in Thailand in 2015. In 2016, they joined PT. CS2 POLA SEHAT as the Section Head of Production, where they successfully managed and developed the production system and employees to achieve production goals. Reyvaldi also ensured product quality, implemented cost-saving strategies, and ensured compliance with various quality and safety standards. In 2018, Reyvaldi joined PT Fajar Surya Wisesa,Tbk as a Continuous Improvement professional. Finally, in 2019, they became part of PT. Prokemas Adhikari Kreasi, initially as a PPIC Supervisor and later as the Supply Chain Head. Their roles in these positions involved overseeing supply chain operations and optimizing production processes.

Reyvaldi Sudinata completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Biotechnology from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia. Reyvaldi attended the university from 2011 to 2015.
