Yuscha Audrya is an accomplished Human Capital Business Partner Manager at PT PP (Persero) Tbk since December 2016, overseeing HC needs for the Building Division with over 1,300 employees across multiple projects in Indonesia. Yuscha has extensive experience in human capital strategic planning, system integration, and organizational development, having designed and evaluated organizational structures and job descriptions for numerous roles. Prior roles include positions at AMG, PT Bukalapak.com, ALTRAK 1978, and PT Bank CIMB Niaga, where responsibilities ranged from change management strategy development to job analysis and employee retention initiatives.
