Ricard Diago Sambuaga currently serves as the Parts Development and Marketing Support Senior Section Head at PT Mitra Pinasthika Mulia (MPM Honda Jatim) since January 2023. Previously held titles include Technical Service Network & Competence Development Analyst and Network Control and Development Area Head. Prior to MPM Honda, Ricard was a Corporate Management Associate at MPM Group from November 2021 to January 2023. Experience includes a role as a Junior Marine Engineer at the National Ship Design and Engineering Center where responsibilities involved 2D and 3D design using Maxsurf, AutoCAD, and Rhinoceros. Additional internships in engineering were completed at PT TITAN WIJAYA and PT PAL Indonesia in 2015 and 2016, focusing on coal transportation and shipbuilding processes respectively. Ricard holds a Master's degree in Coastal Hazard and Energy System Science from Hiroshima University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Marine Engineering from Hochschule Wismar and Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember Surabaya.
