Ihwanul Khoir has extensive experience in the engineering and management sectors, currently serving as a Manager at PT Krakatau Posco since December 2012, overseeing facilities, manpower, scheduling, materials, budgeting, and maintenance systems. Previous roles include Project Manager, Assistant Manager, and various supervisory positions within maintenance operations, showcasing a progressive career in mechanical maintenance and coordination. A brief tenure at POSCO involved participation in a Global Mobility Program aimed at enhancing managerial and technical skills. Ihwanul Khoir began the career as a Production Supervisor at PT Indoferro and holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universitas Sumatera Utara.
