Elizabeth Clarissa Palar began their work experience in 2015 as a Medical Doctor at the Manokwari Navy Hospital. In 2016, they joined International SOS as a National Doctor and held this position until 2019. During their time at International SOS, they also worked as a Medical Consultant for a brief period in 2019. In 2019, they moved to Good Doctor Technology and held the role of Medical Quality Manager. Currently, they serve as the Head of Medical Quality at Good Doctor Technology.

Elizabeth Clarissa Palar completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Pre-Medicine/Pre-Medical Studies from UNAI in 2008. Elizabeth Clarissa then pursued a Medical Doctor degree in Medicine from the University of Northern Philippines, graduating in 2012. In 2013-2014, they furthered their medical education by obtaining a Doctor of Medicine - MD degree from Universitas Hasanuddin. Elizabeth also holds a certification in "Improving Global Health: Focusing on Quality and Safety" from HarvardX, an online learning initiative by Harvard University through edX, although the year of acquisition is not specified.
