Syadila Refiasto is currently employed at Freeport Indonesia as part of the FGP - General Construction & Special Project team since April 2022. Syadila has prior experience as a Lecture Assistant for EL1200 Introduction to Circuit Analysis and as a Laboratory Coordinator at Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) from January to August 2021, overseeing lab modules and administrative tasks. Additional roles at ITB include serving as a Laboratory Assistant at the High Voltage and Current Engineering Laboratory and the Electric Energy Conversion Research Laboratory from August 2019 to July 2020, providing practicum supervision and assessments. A Power Plant Engineer Intern at PT Geo Dipa Energi (Persero) in 2019, Syadila contributed to equipment maintenance and testing while gaining experience in geothermal power generation. Syadila holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Power Engineering from ITB and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in the same field at ITB.
