Salma Zahra is a procurement professional with extensive experience in domestic purchasing and engineering roles at Freeport Indonesia since December 2018. Prior to this, Salma served as a Laboratory of Production System Assistant at Institut Teknologi Bandung, supporting academic activities and tutoring in manufacturing system subjects. Additionally, Salma held the position of Head of Human Resources Management Division at Keluarga Mahasiswa Teknik Industri (MTI) ITB, and completed a Continuous Improvement Internship at PT Heinz ABC Indonesia, where contributions led to reduced product defects through lean production methods. Salma earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung, completing the program in 2018.
