Dayen Silitonga has extensive experience in equipment maintenance and management within the mining industry, particularly at Freeport Indonesia since January 2000. Serving in various capacities, Dayen is currently the General Superintendent for GBC Production Loader and Utility & Support Equipment Maintenance, overseeing maintenance activities to maximize fleet availability and reliability while minimizing costs. Previous roles include Superintendent for both Support Equipment and Underground Loader Maintenance, with responsibilities involving the care of a wide range of heavy equipment and leading substantial teams of technicians. Dayen's professional journey began at Kyocera International, where supervision of a piezo electronic production line was undertaken. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics obtained between 1992 and 1997.
