Ferdy Rito is a legal professional with extensive experience in various legal roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Legal Counsel at PT Energi Mega Persada Tbk since November 2023, Ferdy previously held the position of Legal Manager at PT Teknologi Karya Digital Nusa Tbk from July 2021 to November 2023. Additional experience includes roles as Legal Counsel at YOUR LEGAL COMRADES, Legal Officer at PT Bank Amar Indonesia Tbk and PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk, and Legal Supervisor at 9F Indonesia. Ferdy began legal career at ARDKO as a Legal Officer and has held similar positions at PT PNM Venture Capital and PT. Bank Nusantara Parahyangan Tbk.
