Rafianola Mawarni is an experienced professional currently serving as a Management Trainee at PT ELANGPERDANA TYRE INDUSTRY since May 2023. Previously, Rafianola completed a student internship at PPSDM Migas, where a literature-based research paper on the "Separation Process Oil and Water at in Refinery Unit" was created. Rafianola held the position of Head of Division of the Public Social Division within the Public Relations Department at HIMA DEKKIM ITS, focusing on health, teaching, technology, and environmental initiatives. Additional experiences include internships at Organon and contributions as a Process Engineer Technology Laboratory Assistant at Institut Teknologi Sepuluh November. Rafianola's leadership skills were further demonstrated as Treasurer II in the BEM FV ITS organization. Rafianola holds an undergraduate degree in Industrial Chemical Engineering from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember, with prior education at SMA Negeri 5 Madiun.
