Dessy Mustika Sari has extensive work experience in the fields of placement business and recruitment. Dessy Mustika is currently working as the Placement Business Manager at PT Dutagriya Sarana and as an Advisor for Placement (Executive Search) at PT Pasona HR Indonesia. In these roles, they are responsible for identifying suitable candidates, managing interviews, negotiating pay rates, and finalizing arrangements between clients and candidates. Dessy Mustika also assists and coordinates with recruitment officers in manpower planning, monitors and controls recruitment plans, and offers advice on pay rates and career progression. Prior to their current positions, Dessy worked as an Associate Assessor (Psychologist) at Sintesa Resourcing and Humanika Consulting, as well as the Managing Director Assistant at Dwika Consulting.

Dessy Mustika Sari earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universitas Persada Indonesia 'YAI' in 2008. Dessy Mustika further pursued their education and obtained a Master's degree in Psychology from the same institution in 2012. In November 2013, Dessy Mustika Sari obtained a certification as a Licensed Psychologist from Himpunan Psikologi Indonesia (HIMPSI).
