Heri Mujiyono, AMd, is a seasoned professional in collections and remedial management with extensive experience in the financial sector. Currently serving as National Remedial Head at PT. Maybank Indonesia Finance Tbk. since March 2019, Heri is responsible for managing the National Accounts Receivable, particularly in the Non-Performing Loans (NPL) and Write Off (WO) categories. Prior to this, Heri held positions such as Recovery Dept Head Area 2 at PT CIMB Niaga Auto Finance and Area Manager Collection at PT SMS Finance. With a strong educational background that includes degrees in Secretarial and Management from Universitas Diponegoro and Universitas Mercu Buana, respectively, and ongoing studies in Law, Heri has demonstrated leadership and successful collaboration with various stakeholders throughout a career that began at PT Verena Multi Finance Tbk in 2004.
