Muhammad Soekarno is an experienced recruiter currently working at PT. Bumi Daya Plaza since February 2022. Previously, Muhammad served as an HR Recruitment & Generalist at Science Society from January 2019 to December 2021, where responsibilities included conducting interviews, performing psychological assessments, managing recruitment branding, and maintaining the organization's website and social media channels, specifically for the regional HR area of Jawa Timur. Muhammad holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Universitas Negeri Malang, earned between 2013 and 2017.
