Riris Ristiana is a Regional Recruiter Officer at PT Bina Artha Ventura since August 2023 and has prior experience as an intern in the company development department at PT Industri Kereta Api (Persero) from August 2022 to December 2022, where skills in employee management and organizational strategy were developed.
