Gatot Romatua is a seasoned finance and administration professional with extensive experience in operational coordination and budget management, currently serving as Finance Accounting and Administration Support Supervisor at PT. AXA Services Indonesia since October 2011. In this role, Gatot oversees the accurate recording of operations, budget proposal and control, and provides critical data analysis for decision-making. Prior experience includes roles at PT Asuransi Bintang Tbk as a Performance Analyst Telesales, where Gatot managed sales activities and escalations, and earlier positions at various companies as a Customer Service Agent and Team Leader. Gatot holds a Master’s Degree in Marketing Management from Labora Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from STEI Indonesia.
