Galih A. Wibowo is a Business Process Analyst at PT Astra Honda Motor since December 2012, specializing in defining and improving business processes. Previously, Galih worked at PT Astra Graphia Information Technology, Tbk. as a Testing and Training professional, where responsibilities included analyzing business and application processes related to change requests. A role at Astra International, Tbk. involved similar testing and training tasks during the collaboration with PT Astra Graphia. Earlier experience includes project work at Single Click Indonesia, focusing on IT architecture for taxpayer companies, and serving as a Teaching Assistant in the Software Laboratory Center at Binus University, where lectures were delivered to college students.
