Amelia Putri Dessita is a seasoned human resources professional currently serving as General Manager of Human Resources at PT Asharia Karya Indonesia since June 2023. Previously, Amelia held the position of Head of Human Resources at Ula from November 2019 to June 2023, where efforts focused on transforming retail through e-commerce and FinTech in Southeast Asia. Prior experience includes HR Manager at Gogoprint, Recruitment Manager for the Korean Division at JAC Recruitment Group, and analytical roles at Sabre Overseas Limited and Osprey Asset Management, focusing on commercial investigation and due diligence for mergers and acquisitions. Amelia's educational background includes an MBA in Business Administration from Institut Teknologi Bandung and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Indonesia.
