Patrick Rawa, Ph.D., is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Organizational Consultant currently engaged in private practice since July 2023. Rawa has extensive experience in management, having held leadership positions as District General Manager at H&R Block and Regional Manager at both Lakeshore Management and Pacific Dental Services. Prior roles at Starbucks as District Manager and at Target Corporation as Group Pharmacy Leader demonstrated a strong capacity for operational turnaround and cultural transformation. As a Talent Advisor for the Alliance of CEOs, Rawa focused on revenue and membership growth, while a background in executive search with the ClarkSandler Group showcases expertise in recruitment for high-level positions. Rawa holds a PhD in Counseling Psychology from Arizona State University, a Master of Science in Industrial Organizational Psychology from The University of Georgia, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Case Western Reserve University.
