Luisa Remponi started their work experience in 2006 as a Certified Post-Anesthesia Nurse at Elmhurst Memorial Hospital. luisa then transitioned to become the Chief Executive Officer at PSS Home Care in 2016.

Luisa Remponi completed their education at Adelphi University, where they earned a Master's degree in Nursing Practice from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they studied at Walden University for their MS in Nursing, with a focus on Nursing Education starting in 2014. Additionally, Luisa obtained a certification as an Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board in October 2019.
