Belén Otero is an experienced professional in graphic design, journalism, and documentation. Currently serving as a graphic design specialist at the Ayuntamiento de Gijón/Xixón since November 2015, Belén has a strong background in video editing and press support. Previous roles include graphic designer and illustrator at Asociación Cultural D'Aky, content editor and illustrator at El Timeline Antofagasta, and researcher at the Observatorio Español de Ficción y Nuevas Tecnologías (OFENT). Additional experience includes transcription at Psyma and educational work as an AuPair. Belén has an extensive educational background with degrees in various fields including graphic design, Spanish language and literature, communication, and journalism from institutions such as Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, Universidad de Oviedo, and the Universidade de Santiago de Compostela.
