Sr. Associate, Team Lead, Customer Care at ConnectiveRx

Priti Patel has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Starting in 2000, they worked at Express Scripts as a Data Entry associate for three years. From 2004 to 2005, they worked at EchoStar Satellite Services as a Customer Service Representative, assisting customers with technical and billing issues. In the same year, they also held a Data Entry position at EXPRESS PERSONAL AG. From 2005 to 2017, they worked at One Call Care Management, initially as a Customer Care Coordinator and later as a Data Management Coordinator, responsible for maintaining and validating data. Since 2017, Priti has been at ConnectiveRx, where they started as an Associate in Customer Care and progressed to become a Senior Associate. In January 2021, they took on the role of Sr. Associate and Team Lead for Customer Care at ConnectiveRx.

Priti Patel obtained a Bachelor's degree in Family Resource Management Studies, General from Sardar Patel University, Vallabh Vidyanagar, where they studied from 1992 to 1995.
