Behzad Khanaliloo is a Senior Staff Engineer at Rockley Photonics Inc., specializing in Sensing System and Architecture since August 2019, with prior roles including Staff Engineer and Photonics Design Automation. Previously, Behzad served as an Application Engineer II at Lumerical Inc. from October 2016 to August 2019, focusing on the development of application examples for photonic devices, circuit simulations, and quality assurance testing. Academic experience includes a position as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Calgary from September 2011 to August 2016 and teaching physics and mathematics at the high school level from September 2009 to May 2011. Behzad holds a PhD in NanoPhotonics from the University of Calgary, a Master's degree in Physics from Sharif University of Technology, and a Bachelor's degree in Physics Teacher Education from Shahid Rajee Teacher Training University.
