Aaron Lawson has a diverse work experience. Aaron started their career in 2004 as an Electronics Technician at Process Control Services and worked there until 2006. From 2006 onwards, they joined PSI Repair Services, Inc. where they held multiple roles including Electronics Technician, Lead Technician, Project Manager, and currently serves as the Director of Engineering. Aaron has been with PSI Repair Services, Inc. since 2006.

Aaron Lawson attended ITT Technical Institute from 2002 to 2004, where they obtained an A.A.S. degree in Computer and Electronic Engineering Technology. Aaron also attended Eastern Michigan University, but no degree or field of study is specified. Additionally, Aaron has received various certifications, including a Certificate of Completion in Fundamentals of Finance and Accounting from the American Management Association in 2017, a HALT Seminar Certificate of Completion from NTS - National Technical Systems in 2015, and a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt from ASQ - World Headquarters in 2013, among others.
