Vickie Grow has extensive work experience in training, development, and instructional design roles. Vickie is currently working as the Deputy Program Manager/Senior Training and Development Specialist at PSI Pax, Inc. Vickie previously served as a Senior Consultant/Instructional Design at Booz Allen Hamilton from June 2019 to July 2021. Before that, they worked as a Training, Grants and Policy Development Specialist at the Center for Children from February 2018 to May 2019. Prior to that, they were a Course Coordinator/Developer at Laureate Online Education from May 2015 to October 2018. Vickie also has experience at the College of Southern Maryland, where they held the positions of Director of Community Education from June 2011 to April 2015 and Program Coordinator from December 2005 to June 2011.

Vickie Grow is an individual with a comprehensive education history. Vickie attended the University of Maryland Global Campus from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Social Science with a specialization in Gerontology. Following this, they pursued a Graduate certificate in E-Learning and Instructional Systems Design from the same university, completing the program from 2012 to 2013. Later, Vickie pursued a Master's degree from 2009 to 2012, specializing in Management and Health Care Administration at the University of Maryland Global Campus.

In addition to their formal education, Vickie also holds a certification in Data-Driven Learning Design, which they obtained in July 2022 from LinkedIn.
