Peggy Carder is an experienced customer service professional with a diverse background spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at PSG, a Dover company since March 2021, Peggy has previously held positions in order management and customer service at Innovative Medical Systems, Inc. from February 2004 to March 2021, where responsibilities included coordinating equipment orders and managing accounts receivable. Earlier experience includes roles as a Dealer Service Representative at Yamaha from October 1997 to July 2003, and as a Retail Account Coordinator at BISSELL Homecare, Inc. from September 1989 to October 1997. Peggy holds a degree in Business Management from Davenport University and is a graduate of Swan Valley High School.
