PJ Vergara is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and service delivery. Since February 2017, PJ has served as the Head of Service Delivery and Talent Acquisition at FIND Human Resources, Inc., contributing to significant recruitment efforts for multinational companies in the Philippines. Concurrently, PJ has held the position of Head of Talent Acquisition at PSG Global Solutions since September 2011, overseeing global recruitment for prominent companies. Previous roles include Internal Recruiting Manager, Section Manager, and Senior Team Manager at PSG, as well as a Team Leader at [24]7, a Technical Support Supervisor III at Dell, and a Production Team Leader at West Corporation. PJ holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from AMA University and has a strong background in performance management, project management, and people development.
