Megolias Tacio Jr. serves as the Section Manager of Human Resources at PSG Global Solutions since October 2022, having previously held roles including People Partner at S&P Global and Senior Human Resources Business Partner at PSG Global Solutions. With significant experience in HR functions, Megolias has supported the implementation of HR policies, managed employees’ government-mandated benefits, and supervised employee file organization. Prior to these positions, Megolias spent a decade at Teleperformance Philippines, advancing from Customer Service Representative to Trainer & Delivery Analyst, and Learning Lab Supervisor. Educational credentials include a Master's in Human Resource Management from the University of Santo Tomas and a Bachelor's in Public Administration & Governance from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines.
