Rebecca Homan possesses extensive experience in member services and education, currently serving as a Member Journey Analyst at PSECU since October 2011, with previous roles including Application Processing Manager and Operations Manager. Prior to PSECU, Rebecca worked as a Youth Case Manager/Adult Instructor at Tuscarora Intermediate Unit 11 and gained teaching experience at Brunswick County Public Schools, specializing in special-education and at-risk students. Rebecca's earlier career included customer service roles, such as Account Manager/Customer Advocate at Bank of America. Currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Marketing at Liberty University, Rebecca holds a B.A. in English from Penn State University.
