Jennie McFarlane, PHR, is an experienced Human Resources Manager currently serving at PSE Healthy Energy since November 2023. Previously, Jennie held the same title at Eden Reforestation Projects from June 2017 to November 2023, where efforts focused on fostering relationships, promoting diversity, and supporting the organization's mission. Prior to that, Jennie was the Operations Manager at Laser Island from January 2010 to June 2017, overseeing a high-volume entertainment facility and managing staff and operations. Jennie's career began as a Project Manager at Roughan & Associates at LINC from July 2008 to December 2009, where responsibilities included collaborating with legal teams to manage Life Care Plans. Jennie's educational background includes a Certificate in Human Resource Management from Mt. San Antonio College, a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of La Verne, and an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Citrus College.
