Marcio Muchão has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Marcio began their career in 1986 as an Office Boy and Administrative Assistant in HR at Copas Fertilizantes. Marcio then worked as an intern in HR at Polibrasil from 1989 to 1990. Marcio further progressed to become an HR Supervisor at Grupo Paranapanema - Eluma e Laminação Nacional de Metais from 1991 to 1999. Later, they worked as a Professor at FAESP / IESA / Fac Adm S. São S. ParaÃso from 1995 to 2001. In 2000 and 2001, they served as an HR Supervisor - Product Supply (Business Partner) at Clorox do Brasil Ltda. In 1989, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from USCS - Universidade Municipal de São Caetano do Sul. In 1993, they completed postgraduate studies in Education at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie. In 1994 and 1995, they pursued postgraduate studies in Human Resources Management at Universidade São Judas Tadeu. In 1996, they specialized in Human Resources at Berkeley College. From 1998 to 2001, they obtained a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Human Resources from Universidad de Extremadura. In 2012, they participated in the CEO Led Executive Development Program at Harvard Business School. Lastly, from 2018 to 2020, they completed the Advanced Leadership Program in Business Administration and Management at SDA Bocconi.
