Lorena Granados, PHR, currently serves as a Human Resources Consultant and Corporate Trainer at Pryor Learning since March 2024. Prior experience includes roles such as Human Resources Manager at the Pinellas County Job Corps Center, where management encompassed all areas of Human Resources for a Department of Labor contract, and Owner of Spherion Staffing and Recruiting, focusing on community-driven staffing solutions. Lorena has held various HR positions, including Human Resources Business Partner at Citgo Petroleum and Chemicals Corp., and contributed significantly to labor relations, training initiatives, and compliance in multiple organizations, such as DynCorp International, Vertex Aerospace, and King Ranch, Inc. Education includes an MBA in Business Administration and Management from The University of Texas Permian Basin, and a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Grand Canyon University.
