Alima Cole has been working in the administrative field for over ten years. Alima started as a staffer at RAINN, a non-profit organization that provides support to victims of sexual assault. Alima then became an associate teacher at Ivymount Corporation, a school for students with special needs. In their current position as executive assistant at PRX, they provide administrative support to the CEO and other executives.

Alima Cole completed their undergraduate degree at Eckerd College in International Relations and Affairs. Alima then went on to earn their Master's degree in Special Education and Teaching from Liberty University.
