Tyler Charters is an experienced Operations Analyst at PruGen Pharmaceuticals since April 2019 and has been a Manager & Trainer at Sandbar Mexican Grill since June 2015. In the role of Service Manager, Tyler effectively managed store operations, addressed customer concerns, and handled cash transactions. As a Trainer, Tyler revamped the training manual and successfully trained over 20 new staff members while evaluating their performance. In addition, Tyler provided exemplary service as a Server, leading in sales with over $250,000 in food and beverage sales in the past year.
