Jessica Nabaasa is a seasoned professional with experience in customer service, sales, and account management. Currently serving as a Customer Service Agent at Prudential Uganda since August 2021, Jessica oversees team growth and recruitment while ensuring high-quality client services. Since July 2018, Jessica has also worked as an Agent at Prudential Assurance Uganda Limited, contributing to a leading global life insurance company. Additionally, Jessica has been an Accounts Manager and Project Manager at Golden Marketing Ltd since May 2012, focusing on merchandising and sales strategies. Jessica holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Makerere University, Kampala, obtained between 2001 and 2004.
