Brendan Duffy currently serves as Vice President and Chief of Staff at Prudential Financial, where responsibilities include planning and executing program implementation for the Business President, synthesizing information to enhance decision-making. Prior to this role, Brendan held the position of Senior Vice President, Strategic Planning and Chief of Staff at WellSense Health Plan, focusing on strategic planning and advising the President on business and resource planning. At Guardian Life, Brendan was the Head of Governance and Enablement for Group Benefits, tasked with developing governance protocols and monitoring strategic performance. Earlier in the career, Brendan served as Senior Vice President at Citigroup, where roles included Chief of Staff for the Chief Administrative Officer in the Global Consumer Bank and various program management positions. Brendan is an alumnus of Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
