Sanjay Shah is a seasoned Lead Business Analyst with extensive experience in retail and IT project management. Currently at Selfridges since August 2022, Sanjay is leading the migration of Point of Sale systems from Oracle RJPOS to Oracle xStore. Previous roles include leading business analysis at River Island and serving as a Business Analyst/ Business Consultant at Elsevier, where Sanjay supported a large-scale Intranet Replacement Project. Experience also includes stints at KPMG, Wyevale Garden Centres, and J D Wetherspoon, applying analytical skills to drive business transformations and streamline processes. Sanjay holds a BSc in Business Studies with Computing from Brunel University London.
