Justin Constant has held several roles in various companies throughout their work experience. Justin started their career in 2011 as a Produce Clerk at Stater Bros. Markets, where they worked until 2015. In 2016, they became a Social Media Coordinator at Gosch Auto Group. From 2017 to 2019, Justin worked in Operations at Energy Retrofit Co. In 2019, they joined SitelogIQ as a Project Development Specialist and later took on the role of Warranty Manager. In the same year, they also started working at PRP Seats, where they held positions such as Digital Media Specialist and Brand Manager before becoming a Senior Brand Manager. Currently, Justin is working as a Marketing Manager at PRP Seats, where they lead marketing initiatives, advertising campaigns, brand identity, event initiatives, and email/SMS campaigns. Additionally, Justin founded Local Car Scene LLC. in 2012, where they organize car events and manages around 15-20 events per year in Southern California.

Justin Constant completed their Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Palomar College, from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they attended Great Oak High School from 2008 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, Justin has obtained certifications in Inbound from HubSpot Academy in April 2022, 10 Mistakes Leaders Should Avoid and How to Be Both Assertive and Likable from LinkedIn in October 2021, and SEO from HubSpot Academy in June 2022.
